Phone log display

Some of my contact names that display under the Phone tab display in different colors. What does this mean and can I control this color formatting?

This doesn't seem to be a global text setting. The same contact name appears indifferent colors in the phone history log. See attachment. Why is this?

I think I answered my own question. You are correct. This a setting in History text color. Unanswered incoming calls appear red and Unanswered outgoing calls appear yellow. Thanks.
