Why are there still ads?

I got DW Dialer Pro through Amazon and yet I'm still getting ads every time I open the app. Isn't getting rid of ads one of the reasons for getting the pro version? It was for me.

Do you use the underground ver, It's free, Amazon added advertising. But it includes all the features.
Only paid ad-free version can be obtained.

I bought the pro version through google play, but I still get ads. How can I switch them off?

Lets try again, first time my post disappeared somewhere....

Hello, try to restart mobile phone. If you before use the free version, then buy pro version. Perhaps in your phone have two DW Contacts. Please check all app lis.
