Dual SIM: Associate phone number with SIM

Hello.
Is it possible to link a specific phone number to SIM1 or SIM2? I mean, not system wide, but per phone number?
The goal is to use always SIM1 for number 123 and SIM2 for number 789.
This is useful if SIMs have different pricing per call, depending on which network or which number you are dialling.
Example: Calls to your family/friends are free with one SIM, hence I would like to link their numbers to that SIM.
I recall that there is such an option in TruePhone Dialler
