Check if phone number changed owner

Hello
I'm a new member to this forum. I have used DW Pro for several years and I think it's the best one. Today I hade a problem I've had several times before but earlier I have done the research myself. The problem has been that people change phone number because of several reasons. Today I send a message to an old friend I met and talked to a couple of days ago. We didn't talk about the fact that both I and he had got new phone numbers. So when I called him someone else answered.
Is there any way to run a check of the phone numbers I have in my address book to see if the check returns the same owner info as I have in my address book?
