Contacts text changed to PINK

For the last 5 to 6 years, I've had a simple color scheme. Black backgrounds, with white text.
Opened the dialer this afternoon, and all the Contacts Names are PINK. I've been through the Theme settings, which seem very different from when I used it before, but I cannot find a way to change this.
I just want the WHITE text back...almost anything would be better than PINK.
Please help, and thanks in advance.
