DWPro continues to display/select deleted CardDAV account's categories. How 2 delete them?

I've DWPro v3.0.7.2.
I've a CardDAV account set up, connecting to a remote server (Radicale).
DWP sees the contacts from the account.
In the account, I created a number of categories, then changed/deleted a few.
In every other client of the CardDAV account, apps only see the remaining categories -- the changed/deleted ones are NOT displayed.
However, in DWP's
it still lists all those changed/deleted -- i.e. NON-existent -- categories. They are all selected, and all have "No contacts".
How do I delete those categories from DWP so they no longer appear?
