Dialpad zero width

Hello
Got DW Contacts & Phone Pro Version:3.0.9.4
It is strange, but happened. The phone just fell on the rubber car mat
And probably after that dialpad on the phone tab got zero width
The digits render as a vertical line, and still can be hit
I can't find any setting for the width, only for height
And once I press on the left side of dialpad, it moves to the left, and vice versa
What happened? Help please figure it out
