I have owned DW contacts for several years and it is my primary contact manager.
Weeks ago I discovered the Find Contact function was not always working.

some contacts show up in find and others do not. Any ideas? I sync with google contacts routinely and the "lost" people are there in my google contacts (visible via chrome on windows pc).

This is a big deal, so I hope to find a fix.

Please try Settings - Global settings - Contacts to display - All contacts and All accounts

Hello I have the same problem, some contacts are missing inspite of allcontacts and all accounts are checked!? I own a Huawei p20 pro? Any ideas?$

Can you see them in the contact software provided by the system?
Maybe which contacts and other contacts are combined into one contact.

Thanks for taking the time to answer, yes, in the systems dialer and contacts I find the missing contacts, and in other payware I find them also but I always come back to your software, it's just the finest of all for me except this problem! I can add that if I type the first three letters of the contact I find them, but not if I scroll down the list or if I type just the first letter...really strange...?

Are you searching in the contact list?

Yes...is there another list? Sorry for this may be dumb question?
