Update and licencing

Hi, I have a Cat S61 (Android 8.1), I have a "DW Contats & Phone & Dialer" installed from Google Play and purchased Pro upgrade (01/03/2019), the app has version 3.1.2.1 and now is not updated from Google Play. Not visible in the apps list.
Only "DW Contact & Phone & SMS" is offered to me to pay again. What with this ???
