Create Appointment - Remove or customize "Call with" prefix

Been a user for a while and this app is great.
I use the Create Appointment option by long pressing a contact often. DW always put a "Call with" prefix on the calendar entry. Is there a way to customize that or have it not there at all. Could this be added as a feature in the future?
