No SMS delivery report

DWP does not display delivery reports of sent SMS correctly. It does it correctly for MMS and received MMS. Previewing messages SMS in other programs shows that you have not requested confirmation of delivery, despite setting this option. DWP 3.1.6.0. Samsung Note 9
