Notification not able to turn off

I am using Note 10plus running Android Version 10 with UI 2.1

I am unable to selectively turn off Notifications. I only want to keep notifications on for Messages and New Messages and turn the rest off. But I can't do it.

I can turn off the notifications completely for the full app but not selectively.

Any ideas.

You can usually disable them in the system notifications. Can you tell us which notifications cannot be disabled? I will test.
