change prepared answering SMS if I busy?

Hello,
I would like change answering SMS if Im busy. Is it possible ? How ? And second question is, I have dual SIM mobile, i would like set that answering sms will be send from SIM2 is it possible ?

If you use call filtering, you can now automatically reply to text messages. But it now always uses the default SIM card.
