No SMS delivery report

Device: Samsung Galaxy S4, GT-I9505
OS: CyanogenMod 12.1 (Android 5.1.1)
DW-Version: 3.1.9.0
After activating "Delivery reports" in "SMS & Email settings" I get no delivery report. In older versions of the app (I don't know which) I got the delivery report.
