Versions newer than 3.1.7.5

If I look around on the play store from Google I can still find there DWP Contacts &.. in release 3.1.7.5.
If I do a a general search there seems be newer versions available (up to rel 3.1.9.5).
Is there still development done on this app, where do the newer versions come from?

The new version has been released. There will be a testing process before the new version is released, and there will be a delay.
