Widget 'DW Contacts 2x4' finds no contact

When I select one of the icons in the widget I get the response 'The contact does not exist'. The contact exists and the icon is correct.
Configuring the widget to another action, like 'Show Contact Details', doesn't solve the problem.
On Sept. 3rd, 2021 was the last system update.
Has anyone else a similar Problem?
