Dw pro vs. Play pass

I have a DW PRO and every time I open the application I get a message: "The play pass subscription has expired if you want to use DW Contacts & phone & sms. Activate the play pass subscription or buy this application separately". How do I proceed and get rid of that message?

I checked your order status and it contains 3 orders but they are all marked "This order could not be completed and was canceled".
Can you buy other apps as normal?
