Hi all, I am trying to keep my voicemail as a favorite, however, it shows on the stared screen, but, then the next time it's opened it has gone.
This only happens to voicemail all the rest are OK.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Is Voicemail a system created contact? It may be modified by the system. You can try to create a contact yourself and save the Voicemail number in the number field. You can also press and hold 1 on the dial pad to quickly dial the voicemail number.
