Hi,
I have been using DW Contacts for quite a few years. It's a great program and I love it.

A new problem has developed in that I'm having a problem with syncing with Google Contacts. What I mean is this: when I enter new contacts into DW Contacts they enter fine into the app, but they don't show up in Google Contacts. However, when I enter the contacts into Google Contacts they do show up in DW Contacts. So, it seems that it is only syncing one way, from Google Contacts to DW Contacts.
What do I need to check to get the contacts to be syncing both ways again, so that I can enter the contacts on either DW Contacts on my phone or to enter the contacts enter the contacts directly into Google Contacts from my computer and have the contacts show up in both places.

Did you select the correct storage account when creating a new contact?
Contact synchronization and editing are not functions provided by DW Contacts. If you select the correct account and it still doesn't work. You can try to find the contact provider in the application manager and select clear data. This will delete the contact database in the phone and let the synchronization program start to get data from the server again. This may solve the problem. If there are contacts in the mobile phone that have not been synchronized to the server, they should be backed up first.
