Hi, here is explain how the multi-touch will work..(on version 2.0.6)
Two fingers on the location of the circle, then move your finger the direction of the arrow.
1.) Hide and display the icon on the left.
2.) Hide and display the icon on the right.
3.) Adjust the display of contact information.
4.) Show alphabetical index (Quick-Jump).
5.) Adjust the size of dialerpad.
also you can slide directly on name(left/right) to change the default phone number(only if multiple phone numbers are on this contact)

Excellent app!! What would make it even better would be a regular "help file" / "user manual", with sooo many customizations it'll be a great thing.
