Use organization in search do not work for me + Merge call

I'm using ICS 4.0.3 leak on SGN and even if this option "Use organization in search" is checked I have no results of search in organization field
The second issue - "Merge call log" is also not working for me, I have all calls to the same contact stated in log as different lines.

best - install your old system, because there it was working.
also on official google android 4.0.3 aosp it is working fine. sorry , but how should i fix the issues from otheres ? - hmm
