Fast scrolling multi-language support bug?

Fast scrolling multi-language support bug ?
After first start of 2.4.0.2 version I saw the second language in fast scrolling bar. And after that the second language letters disappear from scrolling bar - only English letters remain
When I am trying to slide finger I can see the second language letters in the center of the screen.

Any hint?

P.S. I made restore "all" anf "theme" seetings from backup.

I think this option is turned off. Because the use of the recovery options.
DWC -> Settings -> Global settings -> Using more detailed fast scroller
