Contacts and Groups do not display

In "Contacts to Display" > Customized List, I see that DW Contacts knows the contacts exist, based on the number next to the group names. However, no contacts or groups display when exiting settings. If I create a new group, I can see it created in another application, but DW Contacts does not display the group it just created. Let me know if you need some data from DW to figure out what's wrong.

"Contacts to Display" - "Account data": Check whether the corresponding account is set to hidden.
Open the Groups in the toolbox. Click the menu in the upper right corner. Select Sort and Hide. Check if the group is set to hidden.
