Outlook contact icons not showing

Hi- am a very happy paid Pro customer ... but two questions...:

1) I just re installed everything fresh (Android 4.4.2) and have synced my Note 3 with my Outlook Android app/account. Everything shows OK- EXCEPT the contact pictures- they are blank/generic ones.

In my Outlook 2013 I see them. I am not syncing DWP with any other program (Whatsapp, Viber, Gmail, etc) ONLY Outlook.

How to get them to show?

2) I also can not edit the picture within the contacts editor of DWP?

Hello
This problem should be in synchronizer.
DWC just load and display pictures in the contacts database.
Contact editor is provided by the system. It can not be set picture?
