Tab for preferences is not available

I changed the tab setting.
Now I dont know how to get to the settings or preferences. I have no settings tab and nothing like three points.

Perhaps you can only clear the DW contact all the data, let it restore the default state. Equivalent to uninstall and then reinstall.
