'Security Exception' when trying to use a shortcut

I've been using DW for years but I now have a new phone and when I try to '...create a shortcut to Home...', and then press it to call the number, I get a message 'Security Exception'.

One more thing, how do I set DW to show the menu CONTAINING the options; it no longer appears and I seem to get the stock software working, instead.
